For our 25th Anniversay, we are giving away a 454HO/425 HP crate engine.
See below for rules.
Rules
1. Your car must be entered in the 25th Anniversary show to receive your entry.
2. A MAXIMUM of 3 entries per person/registration (no matter how many cars you enter/have registered) and can ONLY be received by completeing rule 3.
If you enter more than 1 car and only your name is on the registration, your spouse or better half CANNOT be used as an additional entry.
NO multiple entries for the same car (i.e. you and someone else are on the registration)
3. How to get entries to win the 454HO engine...
a. Pre-Registration. You will receive 1 entry to win the 454HO engine IF you pre-register for the show (must be postmarked by June 1, 2012).
b. You will receive 1 entry to win the 454HO engine... ONLY when you turn in your COMPLETED judging ballot on Saturday. NO judging ballot, NO entry. INCOMPLETE ballot, NO entry... NO exceptions!
c. You will receive 1 additional entry ONLY when you turn in your COMPLETED participants choice ballot. Participant choice ballots will ONLY be given out on Sunday. If you registered AND showed on Saturday ... see membership for your ballot when you arrive (There will be a verification sheet). If you come on Sunday only, you will recieve your ballot when you register. NO participants choice ballot ... NO additonal entry ... NO exceptions!
4. The engine will be given away at the end of the show on Sunday June 24, 2012.
5. When the winning entry is drawn:
a. YOU (name on the judging ballot) MUST be PRESENT to win. If you are NOT present, you will automatically be disqualified.
b. YOUR car MUST be displayed ON the show field (rain or shine). If your car is NOT on the show field at the time of the drawing, you will automatically be disqualified.
c. You WILL be required to show proof of registration of the car entered AND Personal Identification (a government issued ID .. such as a drivers license (at MCC discretion)).
6. This is not a raffle, it is a giveaway. There is NO extra charge for any entries. Entries cannot be purchased.
Note: The above is a representation of the rules. The final rules will be handed out with your registration packet. If the above does not match what is handed out... what is handed out will override the above.
